THE RESORT
Situated in a boutique resort, Villas De Cerritos Beach offers 24 hour security, a casual pizza, pasta and salad open air restaurant (hours are subject to change based on season), pool, jacuzzi, maids service and community palapa. It’s like have a private home but with all the security and benefits of being in a community.

THE VILLA
It's all about indoor-outdoor living in Baja and we've made the best of it, in our home. Receiving 5 star reviews from all of our guests on other rental sites, we've created a home away from home with comfort and quality being our top priority.
Villa de los Lobos was built in May 2014 and offers 1000 sq. ft of beautiful indoor living space in a 2 story villa with a roof top viewing deck. We are the last home at the end of the development with no adjoining walls to neighbors and open land and ocean/beach views to the right of us. It's a rare and more private home.

With over 1000 sq ft of private decks and outdoor living space you can enjoy comfy lounging, outdoor shaded dining & entertaining and an outdoor shower. The main Terraza offers entertaining for larger parties with NEW outdoor bar/kitchen. Also just added a NEW lounging bench, full of comfy pillows, that wraps around our covered outdoor dining table.

BEDROOMS

We offer two suites. The master is the only room upstairs and has an attached full bath, walk in closet and private deck with ocean views and leather lounging chairs. Right outside the door to the master is also a spacious 2nd floor viewing deck with a spiral staircase leading to the roof top deck.

The 2nd Bedroom is on the main floor with a full bathroom next to it and a large closet and a sliding door out to the main large patio.

Each Queen Suite offers bamboo pillow top mattresses and high-end bedding, pillows and linens. The entire Villa boasts ocean and mountain views from almost every room and 360 degree views from the grand roof-top deck. (umbrella and lounge chairs on the roof)

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen comes well-appointed with a four burner stove/oven, a copper farm sink, pantry, authentic talavera tiles and fully stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. A full size Washer & Dryer included! Outdoor BBQ on the patio for grilling and NEW outdoor kitchen and bar with an extra mini frig, seating for three, a sink and lots of counter space for prep or serving.

THE FAMILY ROOM
The beautifully decorated family room offers a smart TV, wifi, Blue Ray and a full size memory foam pull-out sofa sleeper. It's open concept layout, high ceilings and large sliding doors out to the main patio make you really experience indoor/outdoor living. A comfy sectional couch, floor cushions and a leather chair are perfect for lounging. I've seen a whale breach standing in this room! Bring in the big bean bag chairs from the outdoor patio for movie watching night.

We have a CO2/Gas/Smoke detector on the ground floor where all appliances are located.

THE AREA
If you want to surf & swim, Cerritos Beach is the best choice! There are very few swimmable beaches in the whole Cabo area (especially for the kiddos!). You may see beach-front rentals but unless they are near the main beach in Cerritos, you will likely not have safe swimming or life guards. People come from neighboring towns and beach communities just to enjoy Cerritos. Beginner - Experienced surf spot too, with board rentals and surf lessons available. We're just a 10 minute walk to the famous Cerritos surf break and one of the most safe and swimable beaches in the whole Cabo area.

We're neighbors to the famous surf and fishing town of Pescadero and just a 15 minute drive to the historical and majestic town of Todos Santos. Grab some beach towels and take a walk to the Cerritos Main beach. You can enjoy a beach massage, tent boogie or surf boards and have a lesson or just relax the day away. The Beach Club just became private so bring a cooler or take a 5 minute walk to the Cerritos Surf Town Resort for lunch and beverages.

Calling all foodies! There are more delicious restaurants than you can possibly visit during an average vacation. Surrounded by the richest farm lands and fishing spots, you will enjoy a wide array of culinary styles from farm-to-table to sushi to traditional Mexican. There is something for even the most discerning culinary adventurists. We will provide you with our must-go list before your trip so you can map out breakfast, lunch and dinners. Reservations are important during high season (Nov-May) and the office staff can assist.

This is the land of adventure and we will happily book sightseeing and adventure packages for you and your group. Whether it's horseback riding, dune buggies, ATVs, hiking, snorkeling, surfing, bird watching....you name it, it's here! We will also provide you with a list of our favorite attractions and art galleries.
