The bungalows are studio style efficiency units with a small two burner stove, small fridge and basic kitchen utensils. These units have 1 full size bed. A couple have an extra single bed! Several of the units have fantastic outdoor kitchens. Several units have a second bedroom available, with the ability to accommodate up to four guests. Many of the units have a roof top terrace, accessed via a spiral staircase which provides great mountain and beach vistas.

Studios are very similar to our bungalows, but are located within our casitas in phase 4 which is the most secluded section of the complex. Our newest studio 67, is located in phase 5.

These are traditional mexican palo de arco and mud style units, with palm roofs. They have a modern indoor bathroom along with an outdoor shower. The units include an indoor & outdoor living area which includes a galley style kitchen area. Rustic and quaint accommodations available to friends and family who enjoy the outdoors lifestyle of Cerritos Beach. Enjoy hiking, surfing, water sports.

The casitas are the newest units to the development, built in 2014 - 2019. These stand alone, townhouse style homes range from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and are 1-2 stories with 1-2 bathrooms. The open concept kitchen and living areas open up to 800 sq ft landscaped, fenced yards that are great for entertaining and privacy. These homes offer the most outdoor space amongst all the various rentals and many of them with unique details and amenities. Each home includes a roof top deck for 360 degree views of the beach, the sunsets and the expansive mountain ranges. A number of these roof tops are set up with umbrellas and lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing.

All Villas are 2-bedroom, 2-bath (1,370 sq. ft.) luxury retreats in a three story, 6 unit condominium style building. The master includes an en-suite bathroom, large closets and pocket doors to the ocean-view terrace. The second bedroom has a large slider( except first floor units) facing the mountains and large closets and is directly next door to the 2nd full 3 piece bathroom. The villa is an open concept design with the kitchen opening to a large living-dining area and large sliders opening to the 290 sq ft ocean view balcony. Some units have satellite TV, others DVD players and a TV
